Chemistry is the branch of study of chemicals which forms the universe. It studies the compositions and their behavior and chemical reaction to the other elements of the nature and how these can be used for the welfare for the human it is the main objective of the chemistry.

If we look at our body we can see that it is the store house of many chemicals for example Human body is mainly constituted by Oxygen which constitute 65% of the body weight and 34% of the body weight is consisted of Carbon, Hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorous .
Apart from these our body is constituted of many other chemicals. DNA(Deoxyribonucleic acid)a genetic material which carries the genetic character is also a chemical. In the same way RNA (Ribonucleic acid) is also a chemical. ATP(adenosine triphosphate) and ADP(adenosine di phosphate) molecule are the store house of energy. Another phosphorous group TPN(Triphosphoridine nucleotide) when loses hydrogen releases energy. Energy released from ATP and TPN hydrogen compound is trapped in the glucose molecule from where we get energy.
Uses of chemistry in day to day life
All the house hold things are made up of one or the other chemical material or a metal. Now a days non stick cookware is made up of PTFE (Polytetraflouroenthane) a slippery chemical. It is heat resistant and nonreactive so it is ideal for microwave.
Nitrogen an abundant constituent of air is most vital for life. It is used to make fertilizers and by natural means also nitrogen is fixed to the soil which is most essential for the plant growth. It is also the important constituents of protein in living cell.
Nitrogen is mostly non reactive but most chemical explosive nitroglycerine and trinitrotoluene(TNT). Nitroglycerine is highly explosive so it is mixed with a special clay to make dynamite. Which is used for mining and making tunnels etc in the mountains . But the devilish nature of the human being make it the weapon of terrorism.
During our respiration glucose which is in our body break down chemically to form water and carbon-di-oxide and release686Kcal of energy which most essential for our physiological activity.
